This is the Northeast wall of College Hall, the first building on the MSU campus. It was erected in 1856, and collapsed in 1918. It was excavated in 2010.

Wooden Pipe carved with leaves on bowl and mouth piece, and lines on the stem. Dating from 1860-1890. Says "In Gotha" on middle of stem. Unknown origin. Found during the Summer 2010 field school.

Brass knob with date June 11, 1889 on it. Unknown use or origin. Has black front with white decorative cross on it. Excavated during the Summer 2010 field school.
